RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — As we head nearer to summer season, we dive deeper into “Kitten Season.”
Tabitha Treloar with the Richmond SPCA stated “Kitten Season” is drawback animal shelters and care facilities face yearly. Cats usually reproduce with sturdy seasonal patterns — leading to an inflow of kittens roaming the streets each spring and summer season.
