The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Virginia receives three regional awards
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – The Boys and Women Golf equipment of Central Virginia obtained three awards on the Virginia and Washington Space Council Annual Convention.
Board member Faye Giles was named Board Member of the Yr, and Sue Rockwell obtained the New Board Member of the Yr award.
The James River Membership’s Cash Issues Monetary Literacy Program was awarded Program of the Yr.
“They gained that award. Educating children about monetary literacy early in life may give them the abilities they have to be financially profitable long run, so whether or not it’s about spending or saving or managing a funds, it offers children a leg up,” Boys & Women Golf equipment of Central Virginia CEO Kate Lambert stated.
Lambert says these awards are a terrific tribute to the excellent work being accomplished within the golf equipment every single day.
