A Proclamation Honoring The Victims Of The Tragedy In Uvalde, Texas | The White House

As a mark of respect for the victims of the mindless acts of violence perpetrated on Could 24, 2022, by a gunman at Robb Elementary Faculty in Uvalde, Texas, by the authority vested in me as President of america by the Structure and the legal guidelines of the United States of America, I hereby order that the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff on the White Home and upon all public buildings and grounds, in any respect army posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Authorities within the District of Columbia and all through the United States and its Territories and possessions till sundown, Could 28, 2022.  I additionally direct that the flag shall be flown at half-staff for a similar size of time in any respect United States embassies, legations, consular places of work, and different services overseas, together with all army services and naval vessels and stations.
