Tennessee Soybean Festival returns to Martin – WBBJ TV
MARTIN, Tenn. — Tuesday evening was the official kickoff of the week-long Tennessee Soybean Festival in Martin.
This festival has it all! From rides on the midway, carnival food, exhibits, entertainment and much more.
Organizers say the Soybean Festival is definitely an event the community and attendees from surrounding areas look forward to.
“One of our kickoff events tonight is our official parade, and we’re honoring our grand marshals this year, the Bell family, a long-standing farming family in the city of Martin and Weakley County. And that’s what the Tennessee Soybean Festival is all about, about celebrating agriculture, celebrating our community, celebrating our residents,” said Brad Thompson, director of economic, community and tourist development for Martin.
