Miss Tennessee visits Brooks Shaw's Old Country Store – WBBJ TV
JACKSON, Tenn. — Miss Tennessee 2024 makes a visit to the Hub City.
The newly crowned Miss Tennessee, Carley Vogel, is making West Tennessee sponsor visits with one of the stops being Brooks Shaw’s Old Country Store.
Vogel, also known as ‘Miss Music City,’ will be competing for Miss America in January.
Her community service platform is organ donation awareness.
She said that being diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis at 12 is what pushed her to advocate for thousands of Americans that she feels are not as fortunate as she is.
“I go to Middle Tennessee State University. I’m majoring in music business and minoring in music theater, so to be able to represent music city in the city of Nashville was something cool and now I’m able to represent Tennessee,” said Vogel.
You can catch Miss Tennessee singing the national anthem at Lexington High School this Friday night at 7 p.m.
