NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Division of Kids’s Providers (DCS) in Tennessee has been underneath scrutiny following a damning audit by the state Comptroller, which revealed that the company has repeatedly positioned younger folks in hurt’s means.

The gravity of this difficulty was particularly emphasised when two-year-old Annelynne Prescott misplaced her life on account of abuse and neglect. The lead investigator in her case said that he had by no means seen such a blatant disregard for a case and that probably the most senior folks concerned within the case didn’t do the essential issues they need to have performed.

Annelynne was failed twice by the state of Tennessee.

However the second failure was deadly.
