This gluttonous shark swallowed a South Carolina school — of fish!

The apex predator was captured in an Instagram video devouring a large bait ball just off the beach on Pawleys Island.

The shark is seen surgically vacuuming its prey to the sweeping strains of “Avatar 2: The Way of Water’s” teaser music by Solstice Beats as beachgoers dot the nearby shore.

“Apex predators doing their part to keep our ecosystem stable – Pawleys Island is north of the Santee river so the water tends to be more blue and a little clearer than in the Charleston area,” noted poster @milkywaychaser, who has 29,000 followers.

He also quipped: “Enjoy the beach this week. Watch your fingers and toes 🦈😎!” he quipped.

Pawleys Island is about 25 miles south of Myrtle Beach and 70 miles north of Charleston.

The video, posted earlier this week, has garnered nearly 5,500 likes.

“This is terrific footage!” gushed one viewer, who also issued a stark warning to beachgoers.

“Remember this when swimming … if you feel a school of little fish move past you, there are going to be some larger fish that take advantage of that situation. Enjoy the buffet!❤️”
