Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving is in a giving mood after agreeing to a $126 million contract this offseason.

Irving donated $40,000 to a 93-year-old South Carolina woman who is in a legal battle to protect her family home, according to her GoFundMe page.

Josephine Wright has been a resident of Hilton Head Island, SC for over 30 years. According to the GoFundMe post, Bailey Point Investment is suing Wright because her back porch and shed are allegedly encroaching on the company’s new property.

Wright’s granddaughter, Charise Graves, set up the GoFundMe page. Graves said the funds raised will be used to cover attorney costs, property taxes and will help construct a fence between the company’s new development and Wright’s property.

Irving made his donation to the cause about 27 days ago. He’s one of the page’s top donors along with an account titled “SNOOP DOGG DEATH ROW RECORDS”, which donated $10,000.

He also donated $38,000 to the families of Sharath Yedavelli and Vaani Yadlapati, University of North Texas master’s students who were involved in a fatal car accident in March.
