A bipartisan group of five female state senators in South Carolina has united to block the legislature from passing a near-total ban on abortion in the state despite a Republican supermajority. Two of those state senators, Democrat Margie Bright Matthews and Republican Katrina Shealy, join Morning Joe to discuss.
