Former New York Giants linebacker Corey Miller is being inducted into the Athletics Corridor of Fame at his alma mater, the College of South Carolina.
Miller, 53, was drafted within the sixth spherical (167th general) of the 1991 NFL draft and performed seven seasons with Large Blue. Miller ended his profession with the Minnesota Vikings in 1999.
Miller performed defensive finish for the Gamecocks from 1987-90, and was named an All-South Unbiased choice as a defensive finish in 1989 and 1990. The Giants transformed Miller to linebacker below head coaches Ray Handley and Dan Reeves.
The Giants acknowledged Miller’s achievement on social media this week.
In 110 profession video games (72 begins), Miller recorded 252 tackles, six compelled fumbles, 14.0 sacks, two passes defensed and 7 interceptions.
