Early voting begins Monday in South Carolina

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Don’t feel like waiting for Election Day? Starting Monday, you can vote early in South Carolina’s municipal elections.

Polls for early voting are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Voters will be asked for their photo IDs when checking in to vote, according to the South Carolina Election Commission.

The early voting period will end on Nov. 3, with Election Day taking place a few days later on Nov. 7.
