After an offseason of hype from TCU, Texas Tech, and Kansas State, all three of those teams are left unranked after three weeks of college football.

Even Oklahoma State and Iowa State were left with embarrassing loses on Saturday, with OSU losing to South Alabama and Iowa State with a loss to Ohio.
All the talk in Lubbock was about how “the recruiting dynamic in Texas has changed,” and “everything runs though Lubbock.” The only thing going through Lubbock right now are losses, as Texas Tech is currently sitting at 1-2 on the year.
The one thing going for the Big 12 right now is that Texas and Oklahoma are carrying the conference, but they’re doing it in their final year before leaving for the SEC.
