Southbound I-44 has been reopened after a wreck involving a semitruck closed the ramp main from westbound to southbound I-44.

Oklahoma Metropolis Police and the Oklahoma Freeway Patrol responded to a semitruck wreck early Tuesday morning on I-44 simply west of North Could Avenue.

The ramp main from I-44 westbound to I-44 southbound had been closed whereas crews cleaned up the wreck and eliminated the truck from the roadway.

Officers mentioned two folks within the semi are high-quality, however had been needing to be extracted by way of the windshield.
