Oklahoma prison guard charged with striking shackled inmate

An Oklahoma jail guard has been charged with hanging a shackled inmate on the state penitentiary in McAlester.

Courtroom information present 35-year-old Lt. William Graham was charged Monday with aggravated assault and battery, offering false proof and obstruction of justice.
