An Oklahoma man accused of kidnapping and torturing a lady was charged with animal cruelty in 2014.

The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Workplace on Wednesday introduced the arrest of Corey Bain-Holloway, 33, who’s accused of “holding a lady towards her will at his house” on Aug. 26.
