Oklahoma Metropolis police on Wednesday recognized an officer and the person he shot throughout a standoff Tuesday in northwest Oklahoma Metropolis.

Derek Wayne Dennis, 51, remained hospitalized Wednesday. Police stated he can be jailed on an assault with a lethal weapon criticism as soon as launched from the hospital.
