STILLWATER, Okla. – Former Oklahoma State College President James Halligan has died, the varsity introduced Tuesday.
Halligan was the OSU president till 2002 and he led the college by tragedy when a airplane crash killed ten members of the Oklahoma State basketball household.
Halligan retired after which represented Stillwater within the Oklahoma Senate for eight years. He was 86 years outdated.
