‘I Shot My Husband And Meant It’: Oklahoma City Woman Arrested, Victim In Custody For Firearm Possession
A metro woman is in jail on Sunday after police say she called 911 and admitted to shooting her spouse in SW Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoma City Police Department arrested Dara McClendon-Barber after they located her in a vehicle with her dogs.
McClendon-Barber allegedly told dispatchers “I shot my husband and meant it.”
OCPD says her spouse was shot in the shoulder and drove himself to the hospital.
He was also arrested for possession of a firearm after a felony conviction.
