Over the past 3 days, rain has continued on and off, in some locations bringing flooding. Totals within the OKC metro vary from 2.5″ to over 5″, primarily within the west and northern elements of town. Much more rain fell simply northeast of OKC, with the Oklahoma Mesonet recording almost 7″ in Oilton!

The place the drought is worst, totals have been decrease, however even an inch to 3 inches in western Oklahoma is extra rain in some areas than has been seen in lots of months!

Simply in time for Memorial Day weekend, temperatures are set to heat again into the 80s and 90s as we clear skies out.
