Weather alert issued for dense fog in Eastern North Carolina until early Sunday morning

The NWS Newport/Morehead City NC issued a report at 10:06 p.m. on Saturday for dense fog until Sunday at 4 a.m. The alert is for Southern Craven, West Carteret, East Carteret, Inland Onslow, Coastal Onslow, Ocracoke Island and Hatteras Island.
