Second lawsuit filed against N.C. State trainer Tuesday
RALEIGH, N.C. — An N.C. State athlete filed a lawsuit in opposition to former assistant athletic director and coach Robert Murphy Tuesday.
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in federal court docket, alleged Murphy carried out massages and touched an unnamed pupil’s genitals, on a number of events, with out medical want or the coed’s consent.
