North Carolina infant siblings die after found unresponsive, parents arrested: police

A North Carolina mother and her boyfriend have been arrested Saturday after the girl’s two younger kids have been discovered unresponsive. 

Zharia Noel and Ahmene Butler, each 21, have every been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter with two counts of felony baby abuse, police stated. 

Rocky Mount Police Division responded to a service name about two unresponsive juveniles round 9:20 a.m. Saturday within the 900 block of Drew St., police stated in a press launch.
