North Carolina correctional officer dies after training
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Authorities say a North Carolina correctional officer has died after collaborating in coaching.
The North Carolina Division of Public Security says Officer Naomi Carroll-Moore died on Thursday.
The division says that someday after a coaching train on Tuesday was full on the North Carolina Correctional Establishment for Ladies in Raleigh, she skilled a medical emergency and was transported to a neighborhood hospital.
Carroll-Moore, 56, was employed as a correctional officer in 2003. She labored in a number of prisons earlier than leaving in 2009.
She sought to return to the job and was rehired earlier this month.
