ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. (AP) — A North Carolina businesswoman has been arrested in separate situations on prices stemming from complaints by aged clients about her automobile restore store, police stated.

Roanoke Rapids police stated Vivian Pompliano, 59, is dealing with three new counts of exploitation of elder/disabled particular person, a month after she was arrested following a criticism from an aged lady that her late husband’s automobile was being held on the store for minor repairs, information shops reported.

The sufferer says when she went to select up the automobile, she was advised she wasn’t allowed to know what work was being performed and that there was a cost for storing the automobile, police stated.
