North Carolina animal shelter mistakenly euthanizes dog

PITT COUNTY, N.C. — A North Carolina animal shelter has modified its protocols after it mistakenly euthanized a girl’s canine.

Future Daniels stated her 2-year-old canine, Kaos, was taken into custody by Pitt County Animal Companies on Jan. 22 and positioned on a 10-day chew quarantine, WITN-TV reported. As a substitute, the canine was euthanized, and Daniels desires some solutions.
