Madalina Cojocari: North Carolina police release new photo of 11-year-old missing since November

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – North Carolina police have launched a brand new picture of Madalina Cojocari, a lacking 11-year-old lady whose disappearance was reported to police practically two months in the past.
