High school activity bus carrying coaches, football players involved in crash on NC Highway 55
A local high school activity bus carrying football coaches and players was involved in a traffic accident on Highway 55 Saturday afternoon.
The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. when North Carolina State Highway Patrol troopers responded to reports of a crash at the 1600 block of Harnett Dunn Highway.
Upon arrival, troopers discovered that the activity bus from Rosman High School and a Chevrolet Camaro were involved in the incident.
Only minor injuries were reported.
Troopers are investigating the cause of the crash.
