EV maker VinFast delays opening of North Carolina factory

CHARLOTTE — VinFast gained’t open its electrical automobile manufacturing unit in North Carolina till at the least 2025, the corporate disclosed in a March 10 regulatory submitting. The transfer represents the primary main delay for the Vietnamese automaker’s bold plans in Chatham County.
