Brown to Join Other North Carolina HBCU Head Coaches in Durham – North Carolina A&T

The event will be hosted by A&T radio play-by-play man Donal Ware.

Vincent Brown will lead the A&T football program into its first season in the CAA.

GREENSBORO – North Carolina A&T head football coach Vincent Brown will make an appearance at the 6th Annual Countdown to Kickoff Saturday, July 15 at 5 p.m. from Sticks & Vinces at 6905 Fayetteville Road, Suite 203, Durham, NC. 
 
The event features all nine North Carolina HBCU head football coaches. Joining Brown will be Shaw head coach Adrian Jones, Saint Augustine’s head coach Howard Feggins, North Carolina Central head coach Trei Oliver, Fayetteville State head coach Richard Hayes, Livingstone head coach Sean Gilbert, Johnson C. Smith head coach Maurice Flowers, Elizabeth City State head coach Marcus Hillard, and Winston-Salem State head coach Robert Massey. 
 
The show will be hosted by BOXTOROW host and A&T football’s radio play-by-play announcer Donal Ware. The event is open to the public. Fans are encouraged to dress in school paraphernalia and come out and show support for their respective school and coach. Fans in attendance will also have an opportunity to win prizes and receive giveaways.
 
The event will also be live-streamed by Big Sports TV and can be viewed at BoxToRow’s website, Big Sports TV, and BoxTow’s YouTube Page. 

Brown became the 22nd A&T head football coach in program history on January 6, 2023. The Aggies had their first spring practice under Brown in March as he looks to guide the Aggies football team in their first-ever season in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).
