Arrest made in mysterious murder of 80-year-old North Carolina woman

AULANDER, N.C. (WTVD) — Almost two months after the brutal and surprising killing of an 80-year-old girl, investigators have recognized and arrested a person in Georgia.

The crime occurred on February twentieth in a small city known as Aulander in Bertie County. Certainly one of Aulander’s long-time residents, 80-year-old Lan Rawls, was stabbed to loss of life inside her residence, shaking the city to its core.
