Amber Alert issued for 16-year-old in Stanly County

STANLY COUNTY, N.C. — An Amber Alert has been issued Thursday for Stephanie Morton, 16, of Stanly County.

Morton, 5 feet 5 and 175 pounds, was last seen at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at South Stanly High School, leaving with a middle-aged, white man, believed to be Duane Howard Bartlett, 30, in a red car.
