New details about a Mississippi girl discovered lifeless close to a ship dock Sunday on a state lake investigating officers revealed Sunday.

Monica Lynn Thomas, 49 of Vicksburg, was pronounced lifeless on the scene by Coroner Doug Huskey on Sunday night time at roughly 10:30 p.m.
