High-speed interstate chase through two Mississippi counties ends with three arrests – Magnolia State Live
Three individuals had been arrested after police from a number of jurisdictions pursued a stolen car in a high-speed chase on the interstate between Madison and Jackson.
Information sources in Jackson report that officers chased the car from I-55 southbound into Madison, by way of Ridgeland earlier than finally ending the chase on North State Avenue in Jackson.
The suspects reportedly deserted the car on State Avenue close to Oak Avenue. Witnesses say the suspects jumped out of the car and fled to a close-by neighborhood.
After a quick search, all three suspects had been taken into custody. Police haven’t but recognized the suspects.
The Mississippi Freeway Patrol, Madison police, Jackson police and Ridgeland police had been concerned within the incident. Nor accidents had been reported.
