Gunn appoints Scoggin to MS House Appropriations Committee

Speaker of the Mississippi Home Philip Gunn has appointed State Consultant Donnie Scoggin to the Home Appropriations Committee.

Scoggin, a Republican representing Home District 89 since 2017, will fill the emptiness left by former State Rep. Jim Beckett who resigned from his Home seat in September when he was appointed Government Director for the Mississippi Public Utilities Employees by Governor Tate Reeves.
