JACKSON, Miss. (AP) – Mississippi wildlife regulators Thursday warned hunters to be looking out for sick and lifeless birds throughout the state as an obvious outbreak of avian influenza is underway.

The Division of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, in a information launch, mentioned it has obtained many such studies over the previous week because the virus has been present in some wild birds and home poultry.
