An Arkansas girl was killed by authorities Wednesday evening after she allegedly held a Mississippi Walmart employee hostage. 

Video footage posted on-line exhibits the hostage scenario unfold at a Walmart in Richland. The suspect seemed to be holding a terrified feminine retailer worker at gunpoint in entrance of the shop.

The suspect was recognized as outdated 21-year-old Corlunda McGinister of West Helena, Arkansas.

The capturing occurred at about 5:45 p.m., the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation mentioned. 

“That is an ongoing investigation; no additional remark can be made by MBI at the moment,” the MBI advised Fox Information Digital.

Authorities haven’t mentioned what led to McGinister allegedly pulling out a gun. The footage exhibits her yelling and waving a weapon round. Nobody else was injured throughout the capturing.

At one level, McGinister spots somebody filming her.

“Hey, I am not making an attempt to harm anyone,” she shouted.

“Why do not you let her go then please?” the person filming responded. 

“We’re not doing this crooked cop,” she yells again.
