Situation at FIU stemmed from Miami-Dade PD pursuit ending near campus library
MIAMI – The Florida Worldwide College Police Division has given the all clear after the college issued a warning Sunday for college kids to keep away from a part of its essential campus as a result of police exercise.
In accordance with FIU PD, officers with the Miami-Dade Police Division have been in pursuit of a suspect who entered the campus.
Officers swarmed the realm of the Inexperienced Library, prompting the college’s alert to keep away from the realm.
The suspect was ultimately taken into custody, and campus operations have resumed as regular.
