Miami man accused of pointing BB gun at Hialeah police officer, SWAT team

HIALEAH, Fla. – A Miami man was arrested Tuesday after being accused of pointing a BB gun at a police officer and a SWAT group whereas they have been in coaching at a park in Hialeah, authorities mentioned.

In accordance with an arrest report, Enmanual Cuervo-Neira, 19, is going through 5 counts of aggravated assault with a firearm on a regulation enforcement officer.

Authorities mentioned an officer with the Hialeah Police Division was coaching with 4 SWAT group members at Amelia Earhart Park, positioned at 401 E sixty fifth St., after they noticed Cuervo-Neira and his girlfriend sitting at a picnic desk close to the realm the place they have been coaching.
