Miami-Dade Commission to vote on $117,370,000 deal to rename former FTX Arena

MIAMI – So, what’s in a reputation? Lots, if we’re speaking concerning the naming rights for the house of the Miami Warmth in downtown Miami.

That is why the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners will meet Tuesday morning to vote on the naming rights settlement for the previous FTX Area.

The deal is price $117,370,000 in funds to the county over a 17-year time period. 

Miami-Dade County negotiated a naming rights settlement with Kaseya US LLC for $117,370,000 in funds to the County over a 17-year time period.

If the deal is permitted, the previous FTX Area shall be referred to as the Kaseya Middle.     

Kaseya US LLC. Kaseya is a world software program firm with 48,000 clients worldwide. Their Miami headquarters has over 900 staff.

The fee will vote after a public listening to, which is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on the Stephen P. Clark Middle.
