In line with Adam Linhardt, a spokesman for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Workplace, a lady notified the company on June 25 that she was receiving texts from unknown individuals demanding cash for the protected return of her husband’s feminine French bulldog/service canine Sailor.
“She acknowledged the canine had gotten out of her home earlier that day,” Linhardt stated. “She started canvassing the fifth Avenue neighborhood and posting on Fb with no luck.
“A short while later she started receiving telephone calls and texts from the suspects, later recognized as Fuentes and Dominguez, stating that they had the canine. The suspects demanded $1,000 for the canine’s protected return.”
