Investigation underway after small plane made emergency landing on Rickenbacker Causeway
MIAMI – The Nationwide Transportation Security Board is investigating why the pilot of a single engine Beechcraft A23 made an emergency touchdown on the Rickenbacker Causeway late Saturday.
It occurred round 5:20 p.m. close to the Rickenbacker Marina. The airplane’s wing clipped a Miami-Dade transit bus on its method down, in response to the FAA.
