Caught on camera: Suspect pours gasoline on Miami man’s car, sets it on fire

MIAMI – Residence surveillance video captured a suspect pouring gasoline on a Miami man’s automobile and lighting it on fireplace Sunday morning, leaving the proprietor perplexed as to why his automobile was focused and calling the crime an “act of terrorism.”

This previous February, Sylvio Cuarda stated his 2003 Toyota Corolla was sideswiped by a passing driver on Northwest seventeenth Road, so he moved it in entrance of a neighbor’s dwelling, along with her permission.

As if coping with the repairs wasn’t dangerous sufficient, he’s now left having to purchase a brand new automobile.

“I need them to catch him as a result of that’s an act of terrorism,” Cuarda instructed Native 10 Information in Spanish.

Cuarda, who has lived within the neighborhood for twenty years, stated he doesn’t perceive why he was focused.

“I’ll let you know, I don’t have any issues with anybody,” he stated.

Cuarda reported the crime to Miami police.

Police stated they’ve acquired the video and are investigating, however haven’t introduced any arrests within the case.
