BALTIMORE — Maryland Gov. Wes Moore spoke at Union Bethel A. M.E. in Randallstown concerning the plans he expects to implement throughout his administration simply three days after his inauguration.

Moore attended a service in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on Saturday morning. On the service, he talked about his $63 billion price range plan, which he made public on Friday.

Moore touched on his plans for addressing crime.

He mentioned his administration intends to work with regulation enforcement officers to take away violent offenders from the streets and maintain them returning to the streets.
