Prisoner escapes Maryland correctional facility, sparks statewide search

BALTIMORE — Legislation enforcement officers are looking for a prisoner who escaped from a correctional facility in Sykesville, Maryland, in accordance with authorities.

The Maryland Division of Public Security and Correctional Companies is working alongside the Maryland State Police and the Warrant Apprehension Job Drive to search out 27-year-old Jeremiah Ballard, corrections officers mentioned on Thursday.
