Maryland’s ‘Move Over’ law will soon include all vehicles

Annapolis, MD — Maryland’s “transfer over” legislation, which used to use solely to emergency or service autos, has been expanded to incorporate any automobile on the aspect of the freeway.

Signed into legislation Might 16 by Gov.
