When Kevin Willard hired Baltimore native Kevin Norris in the spring, part of his rationale was Norris’ deep connections in his native city. The Terps have had success there in recent years, signing players like Jalen Smith, Derik Queen, Julian Reese and Darryl Morsell. They’re working to continue that pipeline.
