The State indicted appellant Desmond Jones within the Circuit Courtroom for Montgomery County on costs of possessing a regulated firearm as a prohibited individual and different associated offenses. After the courtroom denied Jones’s movement to suppress the firearm that the police took from him in a search incident to a warrantless arrest, a jury convicted him of 1 rely of unlawful possession of a regulated firearm; sporting, carrying, or transporting a handgun; and reckless endangerment.
