CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Jackson Threadgill’s 14 factors helped Charlotte defeat Maryland-Jap Shore 80-47 on Monday night time.

Threadgill was 5 of seven capturing and three of three from the free throw line for the 49ers (2-0). Brice Williams scored 13 factors and added seven rebounds. Igor Milicic Jr. was 5 of 8 capturing and completed with 13 factors.

The Hawks (1-2) had been led in scoring by Da’Shawn Phillip, who completed with 16 factors. Zion Kinds added 13 factors and three steals for Maryland-Jap Shore. Dionte Johnson had seven factors and two steals.

Charlotte led at halftime at 41-18. Milicic paced the staff in scoring within the first half with 13 factors. Charlotte outscored Maryland-Jap Shore by 10 factors over the ultimate half, whereas Isaiah Folkes led the way in which with a team-high seven second-half factors.

Charlotte’s subsequent sport is Thursday towards Boise State. Maryland-Jap Shore visits George Washington on Friday.
