Wawa to break ground on Kentucky locations
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Wawa is set to break ground on their Kentucky locations next month.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports that the convenience store chain plans to break ground on its first two locations on June 5 in Nicholasville at 3013 Lexington Road and in Louisville.
Wawa plans to open 40 stores across the Bluegrass.
The company plans to invest over $280 million in the state, creating more than 1,400 new jobs.
