Wanted Murray man arrested after fleeing police

A wished Murray man was arrested after working from police.

Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies stopped to speak to 28-year-old Tyler Figueroa as he was strolling down Lancaster Street close to KY 94. After an ID test, the deputy found that Figueroa had an impressive warrant associated to an incident that Murray Police investigated on January twenty fifth.

Figueroa was requested to cease by deputies however fled on foot. He allegedly resisted as soon as they caught as much as him.

Figueroa was charged with assault and strangulation in accordance with the warrant. He was moreover charged with fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
